Michelle, Rob, and Karma (Cozy
Mountain President and our Wonderful Lab) welcome you and your
dog to our home and the Cozy Mountain Pet Resort. The Cozy
Mountain Pet Resort offers a wonderful alternative to
traditional kennels and sets a new standard for dog boarding.
The Cozy offers a 5 acre fenced-in natural dog playground
with a special dog lodge including rooms full of couches, beds,
pillows, and lounge chairs. Within the 5-acres, there is a
2 acre main
area where the dogs spend the majority of their time, allowing
us to keep a close eye on every dog guest.
The resort offers our dog guests a large grass range to
run free and play tag with friends, a stream to get dirty, and a
pond to swim in to get cleaned up. There's also a forest to
explore, find sticks, and chase squirrels.
All dog guests receive lots of love, attention, pampering, and
treats throughout the day. We provide a complimentary bath if
your dog is staying for 5 days or longer or you can order
services individually. We also have professional dog grooming
services available through our partner, Wag & Wash. Door-to-door
drop off and pick-up is also available (Please see our Rates
page for details). Have any special
requests? Just let us know!

Fall and Winter at the Cozy:
Some dog owners have been asking what we do to deal with the
cold weather and shorter hours of daylight. The dog lodge has a
very cozy woodstove/fireplace to keep the doggies nice and warm
whenever they should need it. Some dogs enjoy being out in the
cold more than others so we monitor each dog individually.
During very cold days all dogs are placed inside the lodge
several times throughout the day. Quite frankly, they are very
spoiled. Snow at the Cozy is cleared in the main area and for
trails, but generally the dogs simply love to run through it!
